Upgraded Frozen Pizza
Ingredients:
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes sliced in half
1/2 of a Red Onion (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Kalamata Olives (pitted and sliced)
1 cup Feta cheese (crumbled)
1 cup Mozzarella (shredded)
1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
2 16oz. Cans of Peeled Roma Tomatoes
2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
1 English Cucumber (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons Fresh Oregano
Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Balsamic Vinegar to taste

Directions
Tomato sauce:
In a blender, add Roma tomatoes with their juice, 1 tablespoon of dried oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Pulse until incorporated.
English Cucumber Salad:
Dice the cucumbers in a food processor
Add to fresh oregano, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Toss all together.
Mozzarella:
Cut into small pieces and shred.
Assembling the Greek Pizza
Stretch the pizza dough out thin and round (Use a rolling pin if necessary)
Spread the tomato sauce evenly all the way to the edge leaving room for a crust. Use as much as needed.
Spread the shredded mozzarella evenly around the pizza, then the sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced Kalamata olives, red onion and feta cheese
Using an olive oil brush, brush the outer edge of the pizza and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Cook the pizza in the oven (here we used the Black & Decker 5 Minute Pizza Oven & Snack Maker) until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with the cucumber salad and serve
