How to cook lamb with herbs, garlic and butter. Served up with a simple red current sauce, mint and orange zest. I served my lamb leg with a quick to make sauce, roasted poatoes, yorkshire puddings, roast parsnips and some veg and gravy. The lamb is easy to cook, very tasty and tender so give it a go!
