Curry Scotch Eggs!
Easy to cook and delicious tasting.
Many of you mentioned you could not get sausage meat, so I made these scotch eggs with pork mince and bacon. However you could use lamb mince as an alternative.
So if you fancy making scotch eggs with a twist, try these!
