How to cook ROAST LAMB with herbs and garlic plus gravy and quick sauce recipe
In this video I demonstrate how to roast a tasty lamb leg with herbs and garlic. I also make a simple gravy with the juices and served with a simple to make sauce made with red current jelly, mint and the zest of an orange. It comes together to make a really tasty meal ideal for Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving or simply for your Sunday roast.I show all the ingredients at the start of the video, I show step-by-step instructions throughout and at the end do the taste test.
