How to cook Moroccan Lamb Stew in Clay Tajine with a clay Tajine.
Simple Moroccan Lamb Stew cooked in a clay Tajine recipe using an induction hob
and my oven.
I have an induction hob so (clay tajines do not work with my hob) therefore I initially browned the meat & onions in a casserole pan and then finished off dish in the oven with the clay tajine.
It ends up with a spicy, fruity and delicious dish!
If you do not have a Tajine just use the casserole pot or the pot you use for cooking stews and cook the whole dish in the one pot.
