How to spatchcock a chicken and flavour with Moroccan spices and served with dill yogurt video recipe. In this video I demonstrate how to spatchcock a whole chicken. This allows the chicken to be cooked in less than 1 hour. We use some Moroccan spices along with honey to give the chicken a delicious flavour. I served mine with a tasty dill yogurt. You could also include some couscous or have it as part of your roast dinner with roast potatoes. It’s a very easy to follow video recipe showing simple step by step instructions throughout. All the ingredients are shown at the beginning.
