Many speculated that the iPhone 5C would be a flop before it was released back in 2013, but nearly 30 million handsets sold later, it turns out people didn’t really care that it had lower specs and a plastic shell - people just wanted to buy an iPhone. And now the rumor mill is churning with speculation that Apple will be releasing an iPhone 6C, but instead of waiting until September when iPhone’s are normally announced, it will be coming out in the late spring / early summer timeframe.
