How to make Scotch eggs with black pudding and sausage. Great for breakfast, lunch, picnics or when you fancy something tasty!
Simple and quick to prepare. Very easy to follow video recipe showing you simple step by step instructions throughout. All the ingredients are shown at the beginning. To experiment I made some enormous scotch eggs with 2 eggs and also use Japanese breadcrumbs to give it an extra crunch!
Great for Thanksgiving, Christmas or anytime you want a tasty Scotch eggs. I made my scotch eggs with a soft centre, if you prefer just boil the eggs for a couple of minutes extra to firm up.
