Not only can Density provide customers like us with information about how busy a given location is, it can also help business by providing discounts to customers when they need more foot traffic as an incentive to get more people in the door. Density provides the device and installation thereof to interested businesses for free, and then charges $25 per month per location for use of the service. For businesses in highly trafficked areas, this would be a drop in the bucket, but the potential benefits for customers and businesses are pretty significant.
