Sesame Colada

1 oz HK Baijiu
1.5 oz Pineapple Reduction
1.25 oz Fresh Mangosteen Juice
Tsp White Sesame Paste
Tsp Agave Nectar
In a small pan, cut a pineapple in chunks, add a little Baijiu and simmer over low heat for around one hour, stirring occasionally. Process in a blender and double-strain the reduction. Place one or two mangosteens in a blender and blend until juicy, double-straining the juice. In a shaker, combine the ingredients, shake very well and strain into a small coupe or teacup. Or to toast Ant-Man, strain into tiny baijiu toasting glasses.
