You’re not always going to have time for the gym. Sometimes you have that thing after work. Sometimes that thing is a networking event or a dinner date. Sometimes it’s that pint of beer that was calling your name since noon. Don’t worry. No one is here to judge.
Maybe you want to squeeze in a morning workout. Or you simply feel like you don’t have enough time to workout at all. But if you can find 10 minutes and some space on the floor, you’ve got all you need for a kick-ass bodyweight training session that’ll leave you sweaty and panting and burning all over.
You don’t need a two hours in the gym for that. Tyler Manzo, personal trainer at Brick CrossFit NYC, programmed a high intensity workout you can do right at home, in front of the television, three steps in front of the couch if you so chose.
Three Rounds (1 minute of rest between rounds)
50 High Knees
20 Seconds of Burpees
50 High Knees
20 Seconds of Mountain Climbers
50 High Knees
