On March 21 the Toronto Raptors basketball team lost a thrilling double-overtime game to the Oklahoma City Thunder by the score 119-118.

What was unusual about that game was the effort of Raptors star Kyle Lowry, who scored 25 points in 46 minutes of play.

Tim Lieweke, the President and CEO of Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, explained what went down during an interview with George.
