Ok, here’s the deal, recent studies have proven that people who love grilled cheese sandwiches have more sex. Yes, it’s true. So in the spirit of getting laid more, we came up with this insanely sexy sandwich that anyone would be crazy not to love. It’s time to get cheesy.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 4 Slices Friulano Cheese
- 4 Slices Brie Cheese
- Thick Cut Bread
- Fresh Parsley
- Fresh Basil
- Leak
- Butter
- Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper
First up we’re going to make a fresh herb paste. Roughly chop the parsley and basil, then add in the lemon juice, and olive oil, along with a pinch of salt. Mince everything together with a knife and place in the fridge.
Slice up the leak and toss into a pan at medium high heat, along with a knob of butter. Cook until the leak has browned lightly. Then butter your bread and add a pinch of pepper on top. Slice up your cheeses and spread the herb paste onto the bread. Place your cheese slices on the paste, then throw on the leaks. Close the sandwich and place in a non-stick skillet at medium high heat.
Remove from the heat when the cheese is melted, then throw some grated mozerella into the skillet. Place the sandwich into the cheese and let it sit for 30-45 seconds, then flip and do the same on the other side. Remove from the heat, chop it in half, and enjoy your sexy sandwich.
