Roasted duck & pancakes perfect for Chinese New Year.
In this video I demonstrate how to cook a roasted duck. Very simple to prepare and cook. It’s cooked long and a low heat and the results are delicious. I also make a very simple and quick sauce to serve with the duck as part of a roast dinner or if you prefer you can serve the shredded duck in pancake with hoisin sauce giving you two meals out of one! All the ingredients are shown within the video and it is very easy to follow with step by step instructions.
