I still have not fully recovered from watching Sonny Corleone get gunned down at a toll booth in the cinematic classic, The Godfather. I wanted to see him beat the stuffing out of his brother-in-law (Michael took care of that later in his own way), but instead he took hundreds of bullets that tore him to pieces. His windshield, however, took similar abuse but managed to make a miraculous recovery. I would have given anything to see James Caan be as lucky.
