How to make Bolognese sauce recipe (ragù alla Bolognese) Pasta
In this video I demonstrate how to make a delicious Bolognese Sauce. I ground my own Beef chuck steak with Pork Shoulder (get your butcher to do that as it saves time). When mixed with tomatoes, beef stock, milk and wine you get a beautiful and tasty Bolognese sauce also known as “ragù alla Bolognese” I used whole milk in my recipe to keep the meat tender. I hope you enjoy my recipe as it really is delicious and something you should try.
All the ingredients are shown at the beginning of the video and I taste test the food at the end.
