A 73-year-old Israeli has been officially crowned the oldest active professional football player by the Guinness World Records. Isaak Hayik was honoured in his hometown of Or Yehuda last week, just days before he turned 74. He played the full 90 minutes as his Liga Bet South A side, Ironi, went down 5-1 to Maccabi Ramat Gan in the fourth tier of Israeli football.
