How to make rock cakes! One of the easiest cakes to make. My rock cakes use just 1 egg and very little milk, adjust the sugar to taste. They are very easy, quick, tasty & cheap. Great served with a cup of tea, coffee. All the ingredients are shown at the start of the video and you see me cooking and tasting the creation at the end.
