We've all been there, the dreaded friend zone. You became friends with a gorgeous coworker, and like clockwork, you fell for her. So how do you let her know you want to became more than just friends? It's not an easy path, and getting out of the friend zone can be almost as challenging as getting the one ring to Mount Doom. It's all about that first date. Once you've moved past the friendly get together, and wandered in the realm of dating, you'll be off the friend zone path and onto new adventures. Getting that first date is key, and the best way to do it is to be confident, and forward. Just because you like her doesn't mean she'll understand that you wanting to grab a coffee is an invitation to a new romantic world. Tell her you'd like to take her out on a date. If she brushes you off, at least you tried — but the payoff if she says yes will be well worth it.
