HBO and Promote Iceland invited us on a trip through the country in the north that was used for many of the iconic scenes shown in the series. In this video, location manager Einar Sveinn Thórdarson takes us to a couple locations, including:

the glacier in the back is part of Eyjafjallajökull, the vulcano that caused havoc in European air traffic a few years ago.
4:19 Stakkholtsgja, Suicide Squad talking, Season 7. It is also on the foot of Eyjafjallajökull.
