Chicken with Masala Marinade How to make video recipe
In this video I make a delicious tasting Masala marinade. Simply rub it onto the chicken and leave it for at least 4 hours to 24 hours to transform this chicken into something special. It's a simple recipe that can be used on any pieces of chicken. I chose legs for this recipe. If you enjoy tasty chicken then give this recipe a go. I served my chicken with a Yogurt mint sauce. I have made a separate video for that recipe.
All the ingredients are shown at the start of the video and you see me cooking and tasting the creation at the end.
