We asked 15 men on the streets of London what one piece of life-changing advice they would give their younger selves knowing what they know now. Because, of course, we all want to be a better...us.

And the man that coined the phrase, 'new year, new you', probably felt the same way. With that in mind, it's now, well and truly, the new year.
