Actress Kim Cattrall told us about her defining moment — choosing to go shopping for a teapot for her mother. Because she went on this last-minute shopping trip she didn't make her planned Pan Am Flight 103 from London to New York.

That flight ended tragically when a bomb on board caused the plane to crash, killing all 243 passengers and 16 crew on board.
