Morosi: Dodgers aren't even as good as last year

The 2015 Los Angeles Dodgers have the most expensive payroll in the history of North American sports. However, MLB Insider Jon Morosi doesn't think the Dodgers are even as good as last year, when they flamed out against the St. Louis Cardinals.
