Is The Black Food Trend Getting Out Of Hand?

OK, so Burger King and McDonald's recently released two new all-black burgers. In Japan.
What is an all-black burger, you ask? Simple. The bun is black. The sauce is black. The cheese? Also black. (Somehow, the lettuce, tomato and patty are normal-colored. We assume BK's crack team of scientists is still working on that part.)
So we did what any curious person would do, and we created five classic dishes and made them... black. We realized shortly after that we might have made a mistake and that playing God with these normally delicious foods might have been a bad idea. Just kidding, it was a great idea.
First up, we have a classic Italian dish. Spaghetti and meatballs... New name? Black spaghetti and meatballs. We could have gone all the way and got ourselves some squid ink pasta, but the black sauce on white pasta looks way too pretty.
We then decided to try our hand at black salad. Well if green stuff is healthy for you, then black stuff must be... double healthy. That doesn't make sense at all, but you know what does make sense? Black salad.
Next up, it's all about the complete breakfast. We have eggs, and they are black. Not because they're burnt, though, it's just because we're making regular foods black-colored. Delicious.
Milk and cereal? Yes please! A classic staple in any breakfast is made better by turning it black. Boom, that's how dreams are made... and then swiftly turned into nightmares.
Last but not least, we decided to take white chocolate and turn it... Oh, right, that already exists. Well at least we now have some chocolate. Win.
