In this video I demonstrate how to make a tasty, easy to make chicken curry. This is ideal for the family and friends as it firstly is delicious but also easy to make.
You can add a little extra spice by simply using less meat or more spice such as the chillies or hot chilli powder.
I would suggest making this recipe or chop all the ingredients in half so you end up with a well-balanced tasty chicken curry.
I have included an on screen list of ingredients to keep your life simple.
You can use chicken thighs like I have or use chicken drumsticks or breast.
The main thing is to make sure the chicken is cook thoroughly.
The one thing you need to keep in mind is do not add to much water otherwise you will dilute the overall flavour.
